Bouvi Station turrets do not engage or fire at player

On Bouvi Station, station defense turrets fail to activate and do not engage or fire at the player even after the player enters their effective range.

1. Load into GALIA Mission 2 Bouvi Station.
2. Approach a station turret.
3. Move into the turret's engagement range and remain in line of sight.
4. Observe whether the turret tracks and fires.

Turrets should detect the player when in range/line of sight, track the player, and fire according to their combat behavior.
