Crafting results do not appear in the Crafting tab after completing a craft

The player reports that after performing a crafting action, the crafted items/results do not show up in the Crafting tab.

Log into Holosim (Chapter 2) on v1.2.10.
Start and complete any crafting job.
Open the Crafting tab and check for the crafted item/job result.

Expected Result

After crafting completes, the crafted item (or completed job entry) should appear in the Crafting tab immediately (or after a normal refresh) with correct quantity/status.
