REOPENEDHOLOSIM

Crafting order consumes available crew but no crafting job is created; crew remains locked

Description

In Holosim Chapter 2 within the USTUR sector (CSS), creating a new crafting order reduces the "available crew" counter, but the crafting job never appears in the "Crafting jobs" panel (neither in-progress nor completed after the expected duration). The Crafting jobs panel remains empty, implying the job is not created or not synced to the UI, while the assigned crew stays unavailable indefinitely.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Holosim Chapter 2 and navigate to the USTUR sector (CSS).
  2. Go to Crafting and note the current "available crew" count.
  3. Create a new crafting order.
  4. Observe that the "available crew" counter decreases.
  5. Open the "Crafting jobs" panel and confirm it is empty (no in-progress job).
  6. Wait longer than the expected crafting duration and re-check the "Crafting jobs" panel and crew availability.
Expected Result

After creating a crafting order, a corresponding entry should appear in "Crafting jobs" as in-progress, then move to finished after the expected time, and the assigned crew should return to available when the job completes (or immediately if the order fails).

Original Report
In Holosin chapter 2, at USTUR CSS.

When I create a new crafting order, the "available crew" counter decreases.

However, the task never appeard in the "Crafting jobs", nor in progress or finished after the expected time.

The "Crafting jobs" panel appears empty. The tasks seem to not be created, and the crew remains unavailable forever.
