Healing/repair sometimes drops fleet HP to 0 and patrol mode gets stuck trying to dock; requires pause/resume to recover

The player suspects that when a fleet is repaired (or receives a repair from another source), sometimes the fleet's HP is reduced to 0. After that, patrol mode appears to try to dock (or enter a dock/repair state) but fails to complete, leaving the fleet stuck/inactive. The player had 155k toolkits available at the base, so lack of repair resources is unlikely. The issue occurred on two different fleets and was only resolved by pausing and resuming the fleet activity. The player noticed the problem ~3 hours later and reports they could have died in patrol if other players had not warned them.

1. Go to https://holosim.staratlas.com/ and load into Chapter 2 (v1.2.25).
2. Have a fleet running Patrol mode.
3. Trigger a repair/heal event on the fleet (self-repair/docked repair or receiving an external repair).
4. Observe whether fleet HP unexpectedly drops to 0 and the patrol state becomes stuck attempting to dock/resolve the repair state.
5. Attempt to recover by pausing and resuming the fleet activity; note whether this unsticks the fleet.

Applying a heal/repair should never reduce fleet HP to 0, and patrol mode should seamlessly continue or correctly dock/repair when required without becoming stuck.

descripcion: sospecho que cuando se repara o te lanzan una reparacion en ocasiones se te baja la vida a 0 y el modo patrulla intenta dockear o algo por el estilo y no lo consigue ya que en este caso tengo 155k de toolkits en la base, ciertamente aun no tengo claro exactamente como se produce el fallo pero me e encontrado ese fallo en las 2 flotas y e tenido que pausar y reanudar para que vuelvan a funcionar, me di cuenta 3h despues si no fuese por otros jugadores en modo patrol estaria muerto

Si consigo replicarlo intentare hacer un reporte mas claro :/
