Add Ships button does nothing when adding ships to an existing fleet

When trying to add ships to an existing fleet, the player can select ships to add, but clicking the "Add Ships" button only shows the pressed/dim state and no ships are added. As a workaround, the player must disband both fleets and recreate them as a single fleet.

1. Open Holosim (Chapter 2) and go to Fleets.
2. Select an existing docked fleet.
3. Choose the option to add ships to the fleet.
4. Select one or more ships from the available list.
5. Click the "Add Ships" button.

Selected ships should be added to the target fleet and the fleet composition should update immediately (or after a successful server confirmation).

Hacer adición de naves a una flota no funciona, 
se pueden seleccionar las naves para agregar pero al presionar el boton "Add Ships" se pone en oscuro porque se presiona pero no se realiza la accion esperada.
Para añadir naves a una flota hay que deshacer las dos flotas y rehacerla como una sola.
