Mining mission progress sometimes does not count materials mined with XXS ships

When using XXS ships for material mining missions, the mined materials are not consistently registered toward the mission progression. Sometimes the mission progress updates correctly, but other times the mined material is not recorded, forcing the player to repeat mining multiple times to advance.

1. Open Holosim (Season 1, Chapter 2) on v1.2.9.
2. Start or track a mission that requires mining materials (resource collection objective).
3. Assign/use an XXS ship/fleet to perform the mining action.
4. Complete a mining run and check the mission progression.
5. Repeat mining multiple times and observe that some runs do not increase the mission progress despite mining completing.

Every completed mining run should consistently add the mined materials to the mission objective progress, including when using XXS ships.
