Directional-arrow guardrails have no collision on racing tracks

In Racing, guardrails that have yellow directional arrows do not register collisions (no hitboxes). Other guardrail variants (e.g., angled guardrails) collide correctly. Reported on Volant Station but stated to occur on all tracks.

1. Launch the Live build and enter RACING (any track).
2. Drive into a guardrail segment that has yellow directional arrows.
3. Compare by driving into a different guardrail type (e.g., angled guardrail) nearby.

All guardrail variants should have collision and prevent the vehicle from passing through them.
